House Rules

⭐SHOES- Remove shoes after entering. ⭐TRASH- Trash should be placed in the trash cart on the side of the house ⭐ NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind is permitted inside. 🐕 🐈 PETS- NO PETS ALLOWED. The housekeeper is allergic to dogs. 🚧 We are open to work groups in town. After confirming your reservation, we require your manager/foreman's ID and contact information. ★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN -We do complete preparation before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please let us know so we can fix them quickly. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report to us as soon as you notice. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.

In compliance with State laws, Charles Island Investors operates with a refundable deposit of $300 for short-term reservations, subject to the absence of any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Should no damages be identified, the total deposit amount will be promptly initiated within 24 hours following check-out. To facilitate the return of your deposit, please kindly complete the address form provided below. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for choosing to stay at one of our properties.
