House Rules

⭐SHOES- Remove shoes after entering. ⭐TRASH- Trash should be placed in the trash cart on the side of the house ⭐ NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind is permitted inside. 🐕 🐈 PETS- PETS ALLOWED. The housekeeper is allergic to dogs. 🚧 We are open to work groups in town. After confirming your reservation, we require your manager/foreman's ID and contact information. ★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN -We do complete preparation before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please let us know so we can fix them quickly. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report to us as soon as you notice. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.

To ensure clarity and transparency regarding the terms of our policy, please read the following "All Sales Are Final" policy: 1. **Product Description:** The $45 Damage Waiver is a voluntary service Charles Island Investors provides to its guests. It covers up to $500 in damages that may occur during your visit to our premises. 2. **Non-Refundable Purchase:** The $45 Damage Waiver purchase is non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed, regardless of its use. 3. **Coverage Limit:** The $45 Damage Waiver provides coverage for damages up to a maximum of $500. Any damages exceeding this amount will be the guest’s responsibility. 4. **Damage Reporting:** If damage occurs during your visit, you must promptly report it to our staff. Failure to report damages may result in the waiver becoming void, and you will be held liable for the total cost of the damages. 5. **Exclusions:** The $45 Damage Waiver does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages from illegal activities. It also does not cover damages caused by pets, unauthorized modifications to equipment, or any pre-existing conditions or wear and tear. 6. **Duty of Care:** While the $45 Damage Waiver covers accidental damages, it does not absolve guests from exercising reasonable care and caution when using our facilities. Guests are expected to respect the premises, equipment, and property and take necessary precautions to avoid damage. 7. **Waiver Transferability:** The $45 Damage Waiver is non-transferable and can only be used by the guest who purchased it. Deposit

In compliance with State laws, Charles Island Investors operates with a refundable deposit of $300 for short-term reservations, subject to the absence of any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Should no damages be identified, the total deposit amount will be promptly initiated within 24 hours following check-out. To facilitate the return of your deposit, please kindly complete the address form provided below. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for choosing to stay at one of our properties.
