Host was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful. Very nice. Did not care for the seemingly high crime in the area.

I am very familiar with Akron since my son went to school there. We were in town because he was running the Akron marathon and needed a quick booking. Wayne was very helpful for this last minute booking. He gave clear instructions and was flexible with checkout. The price seemed a little high, but we only stayed one night and it was a big house with lots of space and parking so it was worth it. The house is next to an empty lot so fairly quiet, even though there were some college parties down the street. There is amply parking in the back. The front sun room is really nice and has great seating and light. I would definitely book again!
