House Rules

Welcome to Wifi Cottage! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules. We kindly ask that guests respect our property and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Please dispose of trash in designated areas and recycle where possible. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is available from 4 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated depending on availability. Please inform us in advance if you require any special arrangements. Upon departure, ensure all windows and doors are securely locked and return the keys to the designated location. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Safety and Security

Your safety is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and fire extinguishers located throughout the property. Do not leave personal belongings unattended in common areas. For any emergencies, contact local authorities or our management team immediately. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for all our guests.

We loved the Wi-Fi Cottage. We had a wedding in town and this was the perfect spot for our family and our fur baby to stay the weekend. So cute, clean and one of the biggest TV's we've ever seen. Very unique set up but that's what makes this place so cool.

This is truly a beautiful and serene escape to a charming small town in Pennsylvania. Wayne was a great host and was incredibly accommodating during a difficult time (we were traveling in for a funeral). The amenities are excellent, including very comfortable beds, a rainfall shower you won't want to get out of, and not one but two spacious living rooms to enjoy. Housekeeping even brought us a new wine opener when we needed one - the hospitality!Word of caution to future guests: the driveway entrance is a bit uneven, so depending on your vehicle, you may scrape the bottom slightly. Pull in/out at an angle to avoid that. The only thing that would make this stay even better would be a second bathroom, but we managed to make it work!The process for booking this stay threw me for a loop, but I assure you it is worthwhile. Wayne and his team are incredibly professional and kind. Don't hesitate to ask questions and get excited for a truly wonderful escape to New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.

The wifi cottage was large enough for our family and yet cozy for the family to gather. Nice hot tub to enjoy. Board games provided added fun time. Clean home. Responsive host.
