Standard occupancy is four guests. We charge an additional $25 for the fifth, sixth and seventh guest.
Standard parking allows for two vehicles. A third vehicle is $50. After booking a Five-Star form will be sent requiring additional details on vehicles visiting the Ranch.

This place was perfect for us! We were participating in a local tournament at past times arcade and it was 5 mins away. The house was clean and loved the code entry so no keys needed. A lot of updates have been made and the house looks nice inside! Neighborhood looks a bit rough but nothing worrisome happened during our stay. Overall a great place! The toilet was leaking at the base when we arrived and after calling Wayne he had it fixed before we got back that night.

Wayne was a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed! I had a few mishaps and he straightened them all out for me. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
