Living / Dining Room

We have a couch and a loveseat with a 65″ Roku TV. We provide sheets, a pillow, and a blanket for the sofa. You can tell Ziggy to turn on or off the living room lights. 

Kitchen

Our kitchen is fully stocked. If we are missing something you need, please reach out to us. We have a coffee bar, K-Cups, and bottled water in the fridge, a tea kettle, and more.

2 Bedrooms 4 beds

We have two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and the other with a bunk bed, both located on our second floor. We also have a full-size air mattress in the basement.  

Basement / Laundry

Our basement is spacious and very clean. We have a card table, four chairs, a full-size air mattress (not pictured), a Washer and dryer, and a folding table. 

Parking

You have one parking space in front of the garage door labelled “99”. We have plenty of parking located to the left of the garage. The parking area is shared with the neighbor. 

Exterior

We just installed new windows in August 2025. Enjoy the nice manicured yard and clean surroundings. The townhouse at 99 provides an excellent place to stay while visiting Boardman.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is available from 4 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated depending on availability. Please inform us in advance if you require any special arrangements. Upon check-out, please leave all bedding in bedrooms and towels in the bathroom. Run the dishwasher. Thank you for helping to keep Milton's Cottage tidy.

This is a side-by-side townhouse. Your townhouse is on the right. You have total access to the entire townhouse. You have one parking space in front of the garage with the number 99 marked. Of the two spaces, it is the one on the right. There is additional parking on the left of the garage.
You do not have access to the garage.

Safety and Security

Your safety is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and fire extinguishers located throughout the property. Do not leave personal belongings unattended in common areas. For any emergencies, contact local authorities or our management team immediately. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for all our guests.

Pet Policy

We allow up to two dogs. They must be listed on the reservation. We also charge $25 per dog per night. If you leave your dog/s alone in the townhouse, we require that they be kept in a crate. We do not allow dogs to roam the townhouse without their owners present.

I had a nice and peaceful stay there. It was nice and cozy. All sorts of stores and restaurants within a short driving distance. Wayne was a great host for me during my stay and even before I arrived. I will have to come back at some point and check out all of his recommendations. A few specific to my interests and beliefs

Please note that you have a few steps to complete after we confirm your reservation.
1. ID verification
2. We require a $300 deposit two days before check-in and return it two days after check-out, provided none of the following have occurred:

*Excessive cleaning required after check-out
3. We require a short-term agreement to be signed.

★★Laundry Services★★
We have a washer and a dryer in the basement. We do not provide laundry detergent. Guests have been known to leave detergent behind; however, we do not guarantee its presence.

★★PETS★★
All pets must be added to the reservation.
A $25 per pet per night pet fee is included when you add pets to the reservation. If you have more than two pets, please let me know. Pets should not be left alone without being confined in a crate.

★★Smoking★★
No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside our property. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiting your deposit.
We do provide “butt cans” located at the entrance.

★★REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN★★
We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please let us know immediately, within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You may be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us right away. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.

★★Sensitive Plumbing★★
FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER and natural waste in the toilet. Please do not flush any sanitary items, wipes, paper towels, or other similar materials.
(Not even “FLUSHABLE” items.) A $250 fee will be charged if professional services are required due to neglecting this house rule.
