To ensure a five-star experience for you and our future guests, we have a few standard guidelines:
Quick Registration: After confirming your reservation, we'll ask for a quick ID verification. We also require a $300 fully refundable security deposit, collected two days prior to check-in and returned two days after checkout. A brief short-term agreement will also be sent for your signature.
Guest Count: Our standard reservation covers up to five guests comfortably. To accommodate larger groups, additional guests (up to 6 maximum) are welcome for a small fee of $45 per guest, per night. Please ensure all guests are registered so we can properly prepare the space!
Pet-Friendly: We love welcoming your furry family members! Pets must be added to your reservation prior to arrival ($25 per pet, per night). For their safety and the care of our home, please crate your pets if they are left alone in the townhouse.
Smoke-Free Environment: For the comfort and health of all our guests, Touchdown Townhouse is strictly a smoke-free property indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
Laundry Convenience: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the basement. We recommend bringing your preferred detergent!
Sensitive Plumbing: To keep our plumbing running smoothly, please flush only toilet paper. Please dispose of all sanitary items, paper towels, and wipes (even those labeled “flushable”) in the provided trash bins to avoid a $250 professional plumbing fee.
