If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You may be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us right away. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you require any special arrangements. Upon check-out, please leave all bedding in bedrooms and towels in the bathroom. Run the dishwasher. Thank you for helping to keep Milton's Cottage tidy.
