We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please let us know immediately, within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You may be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us right away. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you require any special arrangements. Upon check-out, please leave all bedding in bedrooms and towels in the bathroom. Run the dishwasher. Thank you for helping to keep Milton's Cottage tidy.

We have a washer and a dryer in the basement. We do not provide laundry detergent. Guests have been known to leave detergent behind; however, we do not guarantee its presence.

No pets are allowed at Milton's Cottage.

No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside our property. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiting your deposit.
